Customer is the king Think from customer prospective.what customer wants and how can we make his or her life easy..look for simple and frugal solutions. Enable many round of discussions with them. talk with as many customers as possible..this will set the goal what we are trying to solve and value we are going to create in new products development. The next thing is to organise a brain storming sessions. Bring people from diverse background and list down all the ideas ?? given. look for cost vs performance vs experience and then time to market.
