Starting something new is the hardest part of a change and very rewarding at the same time. Chech with your team which one of the principles is the most suitable for you. Is it dailies, with time boxing - embracing change, the most important point in moving your project management midset foreward - or sharing your new learning to inspire and motivate eachother. What ever we start with we need a safe environment where we are unafraid if it does not work perfectly the first time, where support eachother to keep going. Remember our childhood, we did not stop trying to walk after our first fall down and today we can run,jump, dance ... It is the same with every thing we learn it takes time and courage.
