In my personal opinion, the integration of AI in the CAD is fruitful for making user experience more better by learning users design tool usage behavior, generation of multiple design ideas using generative design, design optimization and in advance CAM too. But, certainly there are some limitation where the involvement of human approach is necessity to take into consideration the perspective of general audience preference specially while designing something and manufacturing environment too. To conclude, every technology comes up with its pros and cons, its upto us how we deal and handle it to seek the benefits for us.

The work that involves a multiple process to verify the performance of the design can now be easy preformed while designing by applying design constrains and the rest job is in the background is of the ML algorithms to propose design changes to make the final design suitable to work under the certain conditions.
