Skilling up in CRM tech and mastering those skills requires you to get a developer environment and build apps. I’ve build projects in various Salesforce CRM Clouds, and I filmed them, doing a demo, then published on YouTube; then, embedded in my Portfolio. Here’s your plan: 1) Get a developer environment 2) Build a CRM demo in there 3) Use VidYard to film the demo 4) Publish the demo for free to YouTube 5) Embed that YouTube demo to your portfolio And repeat. La prueba y el error. Pon en marcha nuevas acciones, pero pruébalas con un subconjunto de tus clientes, no con la masa total. Una vez finalizada la prueba analiza los resultados y evalúa si es conveniente ponerla en marcha para el resto de los clientes.

A mi me ha resultado muy útil incluir dentro de mi proceso de trabajo la solicitud de feedback tanto de supervisores, colegas como clientes. Enfocada en aprender de los errores y de los aciertos al igual que buscar nuevas maneras de abordar desafios. Esta retroalimentacion me ayuda a identificar mis puntos débiles para trabajarlos y evolucionar. Generando una fuente de conocimiento y desarrollo de habilidades únicas.

La realimentacion o experiencias aprendidas son útiles cuando, si son problemas, trabas, errores, o defectos, se trabajan para mejorar, o no volver cometerlos; y si son cosas buenas, apuntarlas para aprender a hacerlas y repetirlas. Si nada de eso se hace, solo sirve como un ejercicio hipócrita para una foto.

Conocer la herramienta escogida es fundamental para ir incorporando al negocio nuevas funcionalidades.
