Think/design on paper and then write code. Following good practices is essential including using meaningful identifier names, well-commented code, and writing low-coupled and high-cohesive code.

Think beyond your current task. Try to understand why you were assigned the tasks you were. People who assign you tasks have a framework in which they intend to fit your work. If you think about how your task fits into their framework, you have the potential to help them do their job.

Be ready to try all your hand on all issues that may come up. if you do not know it be the one always willing to learn and find a solution.

Just be accountable and responsible for what ever you are doing .Be clear with basics and stick to protocols.Take care of basic hygiene stuffs and know what’s going at ground level .

One I always go by is you have to learn to swim before you can teach someone else to swim or help somebody else from drowning

Also, becoming a Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) can lend credibility regarding the business focus of your results.

You can achieve through online Communities and Blogs: -Join relevant online communities, such as Stack Overflow, GitHub, or specialized forums related to system development. -Participate in discussions, ask questions, and share your knowledge. -Follow tech blogs and subscribe to newsletters to receive updates on the latest trends and best practices.

Describe situations where you considered alternative approaches and respected differing opinions. -Explain how you handle disagreements constructively. -If you’ve encountered conflicts, share how you resolved them.
