I don't believe that, as of today, it is possible to have qualitatively sufficient data on a candidate to predict their performance in a context different from those previously seen. I think that behavioral interviews, business cases, and all tools based on individual and group behavioral psychology remain the best means to obtain useful data to understand exactly the fit of a candidate with the culture, position, team, and supervisor.
