Motivating and inspiring your design team is a leadership quality that can't be ignored or neglected, it creates an atmosphere of collaboration and helps bring out the beat in team members. Members are more motivated to profer ideas and solutions without fear of criticism,they are also encouraged to research on new and improved ways to contribute to the project.
