Respecto de la sincronia entre el largo plazo y el corto plazo la clave está en darle sentido al dia a dia con el foco puesto en algo mucho mayor. Para lograrlo te propongo que trabajes con OKRs porque partiendo de una visión a más largo plazo, permiten aterrizar con mucha claridad las tareas que necesitamos hacer trimestralmente y llevan implícito un sistema de revisión que asegura la flexibilidad que necesitamos para ser adaptables. Además, favorecer en nuestra gente el pensamientos crítico, la planificación y el orden y perseverar en la importancia y la repercusión de las metas criticas formaran parte de esta alineación largo/corto plazo. Mantener una comunicacion abierta y efectiva, desde la transparencia es la guinda del pastel.
