I think to ask why is a good start. Perhaps you don't know the whole picture. Commercial leasing is complex, full of different inputs and different outcomes. Not all of them are explicit. I believe approaching with a possible solution and understanding where are your blind spots offers a humble and gentle character. The day you get all of them then you can be the boss. In commercial lending, being smart is good. But not the only requirement for an honorable career.
