Like anything you just have to take the first step, you’ll find that people generally friendly and helpful if you’re genuinely interested.

Assist younger professionals discover how participation within a community-from contributing to open source software participation, participating in DAOs or simply being active on crypto forums- can unlock potentials outside the conventional business. Their network can become a safety net to protect when the market changes abruptly or when facing technological challenges bolstering and nurturing strong community cohesiveness.

A quick transition to Web3 requires that people change their way of thinking from viewing change as a disruption, to seeing it as an opportunity.
