The whole universe is working on the principle of Time and Space. If something is not there at the right time at the place where it should be, it will never give positive results/ outcome rather, it may create disaster sometimes. Even a Right decision or a Correct action, Not taken at the Right Time is useless.

I agree with this. If you are not being specific to something or to someone , then your team will just brush it off what you are trying to say. Or your team will misunderstood you. Don’t be afraid to speak up and voice it out

When you're giving feedback you should focus almost entirely on what that individual is doing well. Helps to build their confidence and their self esteem. If there is anything that you need to address that isn't quite up to standard, look at it as an opportunity for growth and how they can get even better. People will naturally become defensive or demotivated if you take a negative approach to feedback.

Generally, it has been observed that some people don't listen to understand rather, they just listen to reply or react. Without listening/ communicating, we don't get feedback rather, we start assuming things which often leads to wrong decision making.
