A small trick that we do at Arma, is we integrate a feedback link to a google form for every new features we launch in our platform. So, manufacturing professionals can directly and instantly comment and feedback towards the experience of using new features within Arma platform. Management also use our platform to gather feedback regarding their operation, suppliers and managers from workers. They not required to build or buy a software just to collect feedback. They use Arma on daily basis, so this process has been a part of their culture. Its very effective.
