The most supportive insights from neuroscience over the past years, show that neuroplasticity, our brain’s capacity for adjustment and learning is much higher ( and well into our high age) than previously assumed. So many kids on the autism spectrum, have far better learning and participation experiences online than in a classroom.

La reflexión personal y grupal es necesaria en nuestra vida para cuando queremos dar un pare, y reevaluar como continuar, o como tomar mejores decisiones para nuestra vida cotidiana, es mejor cuando podemos estar en un momento tranquilo sin ninguna emoción al borde para poder pensar y ser más consciente. Sí es posible yo recomendaría poner a escribir todo lo que no tiene solución en el momento esto permitirá clarificar que es lo que se piensa, siente en el momento.

Changes in the community happens at a glacial speed which is good and bad. It is good that you will have time to adapt, bad in that you won't know it unless you consciously seek to find it. The way this will have to happen is through continuous feedback. You will have to be plugged into the community constantly to collect feedback from the people. The only reason why you are working with the community is because you are working for the community. So it is extremely important that you are continuously on top of this. And if this is done right, then you will also be able sense the changes and adapt to it as needed
