Recognizing people and their efforts is a big deal. It shows that they are being seen ?? or noticed and without their efforts, goals ?? would not be met. Being intentional with these efforts will build great business rapport between parties. We know that even the "smallest" things make a great impact ??. A great example is a person who is on stage with something phenomenal to say that will change people's lives but we are unable to hear them because of the lack of a microphone ??. Some people may think the microphone is not important until over have the audience is only getting pieces and parts of a message. Every part and department is needed to achieve success.
