De acuerdo. Aquí se aplica el principio del rapport, conectar con el cliente, ser empático, permitiendo generar un vínculo de confianza, esto permite conocer la visión del cliente, como percibe el mundo e incluso desarrollar una especie de complicidad con él. Con el objetivo máximo de generar lealtad, el fin no es conseguir la satisfacción del cliente, porque quedar a gusto con la solución también lo ofrecen los competidores, pero la lealtad es mucho más, cuando el cliente no quiere trabajar con otro más que con nosotros. Por encima de un producto o un servicio se debe reconocer que los clientes prefieren experiencias y relaciones y esto permite construir un vínculo duradero y significativo.

Pero esto también es importante resaltar que se logra con una escucha activa, un conocimiento profundo del cliente, reforzando que las partes interesadas se encuentran en sintonía. En esa comunicación asertiva se encuentra implícito el ?Qué valor le puedo ofrecer? Y aquí los detalles son importantes pero no indispensables, vale la pena resaltar y aprovechar este espacio con la parte interesada en mostrar y conversar realmente que puedo ofrecer que ayude a esa necesidad corporativa identificada previamente.
