What policies, frameworks, and response mechanisms do you have in place to address needs? List them, analyse them, identify the grey areas, and develop a roadmap to address them. Share it within your organisation using different formats: visually, vocally, etc. Invite your members to get involved in addressing the challenges.

Nesse sentido, um dos primeiros passos para a promo??o de diversidade e inclus?o é realizar diagnósticos que demonstrem como sua institui??o está lidando com esse assunto. A pesquisa deve considerar se as pessoas est?o sendo contempladas nos processos de capta??o e, caso isso esteja ocorrendo, se est?o sendo valorizadas monetariamente e se suas experiências e vivências est?o sendo reconhecidas, tendo portanto cunho quantitativo mas também e sobretudo qualitativo.
