To get started, having a suggestion box, or using an app where people can make anonymous comments on an idea, a brainstorming board, or making emails an acceptable form of communication is a small easy step to gaining trust from people, so that they feel comfortable opening up to share their ideas out loud. Once you have viewpoints, make sure to share all of the ideas with the whole group and give praise for their contribution.

Let's add some of their business colors to the slides, and alter the formatting to look contemporary to fit the company. Plus, add some pictures so they have something to visualize what we're saying"
