The first and the most important start to step into agile is observation and practice. Understand the business and how the professionals are dealing with each type of task. Understand Manifesto - agile phases and purposes like sprint plan for planning the next sprint where new stores are assigned based on bandwidth, stand ups for daily updates, retrospectives for backlogs and priorities, sprint close and many more.

It’s a known fact that Development and Testing go hand in hand. This can be achieved by collaborating with different teams to understand the requirements and results. Involving interns in a biweekly connect to discuss new ideas to implement and collaborate with other teams helps them in understanding decision making strategies and provide their opinions.

It is important to confirm the knowledge and experience professionals gain from time to time is correct and accurate according to the business they are involved in. The best way to confirm is to receive feedback from experts and senior professionals. This way, interns can validate the knowledge and improve wherever necessary Retrospectives are majorly to understand the roadblocks and the challenges. Having involved in these meetings will help the interns receive support or advice on how to overcome the challenges and achieve success delivery of results
