Team proposed to create in-email approvals for leadership focusing on their busy schedules but seems they wanted to discuss & didn't find it reliable as a one click solution, so plan B was giving this feature flexibility in turn to the user seeking approval to schedule a meeting if not already discussed with approver . For approver, the options are to accept discussion invite or add comments to approve/reject/put on hold.
