Talk openly to solve problems fast and keep everyone on the same page. Build good relationships by being trustworthy and respectful. Check how things are going regularly and change plans if needed. When you focus on teamwork and being honest, you can lead well and make partnerships stronger.

To establish shared objectives in a partnerships set is to basically communicate the most important top goal into which each partner must add into. Example if the company is in payments business the most important top goal would be "male payments fast and cheaper " this means any partnerships must be aiming for that.

Collaborative Decision-Making Involve all partners in decision-making processes. Encourage brainstorming and consider diverse perspectives. Consensus-building ensures buy-in and commitment.

To adapt quickly you need to refer back to the north star metric of partnerships which is the "quality and number of active partners" and In most cases you will realise that the North star has moved and for that reason you need to realign your pipeline, priorities and progress of partnerships

Celebrating successes strengthens relationships and motivates continued collaboration. Continuous Improvement Reflect on project outcomes and partnership dynamics.
