In my experience to contribute to this you must familiarize with the existing vision this will give you a foundation to build upon. Also, you should work closely with leaders to understand their goal and align to. Share your ideas and work collaboratively with your colleagues. You should listen to students about the school vision and their educational experience and what they want to achieve. Always seek feedback in order to improve. You must participate actively and contribute to growing the vision of your school in order to make a more inspiring place for both educators and students.

An institute is a reflection of it's team members' skills , values , vision , ethics in alignment with the institute's core values and vision. Thus building a skillful , ethical and value based team each member should be groomed for enhancing his/her personal as well as professional skills , should be assigned appropriate duties within their core competencies and may be challenged outside it for a while , gets appreciated for efforts and contribution they have given on time to time . Strong team lead by true leaders always stays focused , passionate and alligned in every task assigned to them and work together to built a extraordinary institute.

The best way to build up your team is to honor their contributions and experience. Too often, administrative staff is coming in from outside with great ideas about how to change and fix things. be careful of alienating the educators who have been in the trenches. Don't forget what your class time was like. If the memory is a little fuzzy, volunteer to cover classes before asking for teacher volunteers.

In my 42 years of teaching I have found the most important community to be engaged in is your peers. Developing engagement in other areas of the educational community stems from discussions in the break rooms and teacher lounges, with peers sharing their successes and failures. In my last few years of teaching I was blessed with the opportunity to mentor several new teachers. I always stressed that when meeting with peers to direct the conversation away from complaining and toward how we can make the profession better and more engaged.
