I would disagree on this , you don’t need master degree to excel in agile methodologies, all you need is prioritization , good communication skills , having plan B , but of understanding on technical side to understand perspective of Developer , Quality engineers , stake holders and product managers . In agile when we are running in quite close development patterns and releases it demands each individual to be an expert in their art.
