Performance evaluation is carried out by measurable quantities like no. of test carried out, failed/successful test, accuracy, precision, observations submitted by external/internal agencies, positive/negative customer feedback, external agency assessments reports, process recommendation and legal recommendation/issues/ observations, etc. The trending of these quantities would develop the process review, identification of the projected issues and focus areas would provide continual improvements by appropriate action plans. Above SMART performance evaluation process would provide continuous learning process which would improve the overall system and performance.
