We all have stopped operating like a human and started getting our intellect in power due to which its always about calculations. Remember you can make person do everything for you without paying anything if you contribute to their life positvely. Whereas a person would not do anything for you even after paying handsome money if its an intellectual decision and not heart to heart realtion. Business are built using heart energy first. Typically I haven't seen artists going by themselves to speak on stage because of introvert sign. But there would be people doing that for sure! I feel the important aspect to establish yourself as an animation expert is to actually start helping aspiring students to learn and grow. Give them feedbacks and collect testimonials. Once you start teaching, people assume you are an expert! So if you do well, they will continue doingthat. Also awards and some credits from movies or series can help gain creditabilty. Reach out to agencies for marketing you as a brand to eastablish yourself.
