Why do you think that event “worked?” * What do you hate about other events that absolutely cannot happen at our event? * Let’s conduct a “pre-mortem” and pretend the event already happened - but it bombed. What went wrong? Don’t forget to sprinkle in plenty of my FAVORITES… * Tell me more. * Why is that? * What would having that mean for you? Better questions get better answers so prepare your questions in advance, but also allow the conversation to go where it goes.
