Give some suggestions on how you would tackle the narrative, but in a way that makes them think independently on how to enhance it further. Autonomy and empowerment are key to build shining presentation superstars in the team :)

If you identify your target group well then you can find the best hook to start with and get them drawn into your story. Use your personal experiences or reflections and simple visuals to bring on the narrative. Make pauses to let them think. You can not only sell it from emotional side, but also intriguing their thinking or as an eye-opener on things they may have not thought of or found less relevant until now.

Study great examples of storytelling as a team. Try to really see storytelling everywhere, because it is. We all have our preferences. Learn to see structure and tactics in storytelling, just like we do for creative strategy. In many cases, the way (storytelling) you present your creative strategy products, determines the reception and outcome.
