I do this: 1. Keep contact thru Whatsapp/Message App, about 3-4 times a month and on special occasions. 2. After a phone call, I send an email thru my CRM as a "summary" or to "see if we're on the same page".

Yess! Most people use Email through the phone, so installing the CRM App can be helpful. Some of them can even register phone calls with contacts if you have organized data: 1. Call time is registered. 2. Use the Voice-writing feature to save time (with more time, having an AI App can be helpful to correct mistakes and have clear phrasing). 3. If you want, CRMs can save a recorded call (you need to set the call to be recorded ofc).
