Durante una etapa crítica del proyecto, el estrés aumentó debido a plazos ajustados y desacuerdos sobre las prioridades. Para fortalecer la confianza y mantener la productividad, implementé técnicas de manejo del estrés como pausas programadas y ejercicios de respiración, apoyadas en esencias a gusto de cada persona, en algunos casos preguntarles y orientarles a pensar en que les ayudad sentirse en calma.
