If you can afford it, there are plenty of online platforms that deliver excellent content, including hands-on labs and coaching. More importantly, for the core concepts, there are hundreds of resources online, ranging from blogs to YouTube channels to people posting relevant articles on LinkedIn. Additionally, there are several ways to lab for free or at a low cost. GNS3 and EVE-NG community editions will get you far. In the end, it's all about budget and the will to learn because the information is out there. GNS3 = Graphical Network Simulator-3. EVE-NG Emulated Virtual Environment - Next Generation.

There might be free channels for quite advanced topics, but at the same time, if cost is not a big issue, you will probably find better, more collected, and concentrated content when looking for advanced topics (like MPLS, Segment Routing, or CCIE tracks). Considering the budget, you might find the best fit for free, or you might have to open your wallet a bit for the best learning path. MPLS = Multiprotocol Label Switching. CCIE = Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert.
