I've been waiting for this point finally! You can gather, explore, evalute, think for ages, BUT at some point you just have to decide. And to be very honest, in some scenarios and situations there's just not enough time for exploration and evaluation to a degree that you may feel comfortable with. You have to make decisions there as well. I had loads of situations were decisions were just postponed over and over again and that just paralyzes process, people and projects. A wrong decision is most of the time better than no decision at all (not always, but most of the time). And if it's the wrong one you can still learn from it. In a nutshell: Don't be afraid of making decisions but be aware of the consequences as well!
