D'après mon experience plus l'analyste simplifie les données plus il les rends plus accessibles aux differentes parties prenantes.La simplicité est importante car gage d'une plus grande performances dans les rapports,les visualisations et les tableaux de bords.La simplification reside avant tout sur le choix des éléments de syntheses des données,en effet il vaut mieux adopter des visualisation simples et accessibles a tous,mettre des titres,des legendes,utiliser les couleurs pour mettre l'accent sur les élements importants.Par exemple on peut choisir d'utiliser les histogrammes pour répresenter les données numeriques tansdisque les diagrammes en barres sont plus adaptés pour les données categoriels

D'après mon experience mettre l'accent sur les points clés permet avant tout d'attirer le regards vers le point central ou l'on veut que le public se concentre.Ainsi par exemple on peut utiliser des couleurs dans des mises en formes conditionnels pour mettre l'emphase sur les chiffres,les variations importantes.On peut utiliser également les couleurs dans un histogramme pour mettre en evidence un pic important par exemple.
