Online courses are an effective way to learn though their impact can differ based on your experience level For beginners, actively coding along with the course can be very beneficial, and a well-executed project could even be added to a portfolio. On the other hand, experienced learners might only need to watch certain parts of a course to grasp a specific technology. These courses are also useful for learning theoretical concepts that can be valuable during interviews. For example, I recently enrolled in a Data Engineering course on DataCamp. It was a solid starting point, but instead of completing the entire course, I chose to apply what I had learned by building projects. and reinforce my understanding and gain practical experience.
