To do this, you need to 1) Increase your own awareness of self and others as interconnected and interdependent beings that are part of a larger whole 2) Embody consciousness practices that feel right for you to facilitate the integration of behaviors and habits and support your exponential growth and 3) Recognize the systemic concerns that influence complex problems and shape your own interactions with the systems so that you can intentionally influence change.
