What Rhythm-of-business meetings that must be attended by who all? What tools to be used for whiteboarding, notes taking, code review? And then tracking stuff like - why team ABC's pull requests take longer? Why xyz team's shows slow progress on closing on decisions? Which service exhibits stability issues? Many times, these are signs of inefficiency in the process. For international teams, what cultural aspects need to be specifically managed? Pinging one person urgently is ok but needed multiple people at the drop of a hate I feel is actually wasteful and messes the with other team member's planned schedules.
