I love the model of Carl Jung on self awareness which he called Individuation, Individuation is the process of making someone a total of him. Its only occurs when you know your egos, your persona, your darkness and archetypes. Knowing all these and incorporate in one's self will help individual to live easy unstressed life, and this is very important aspect to fundraisers. Remember, fundraising is very stressful, you will meet different people with different backgrounds and you need to reach your goal out of them.

Be last to talk, it will help you to calm and knowing the perspective of all people especially during negotiations 2. Validation technique, try to validate what your client or sponsors say in the meeting. By validation I mean to repeat they before you start your talk. This will draw their attention that you are actively listening
