Be mindful of social engineering tactics, for example, when you're reached out by an external caller requesting sensitive information. Almost no matter what industry, business, etc. you work for, if you have a work phone that can be reached out from outside calls, it's unfortunately an inherent risk that you may have unknown person(s) attempting to infiltrate your workplaces computer systems. At any given moment, you can be in a position where it's between you and the outside caller that your workplace gets compromised or not. Social-engineering tactics can include phishing attacks such as smishing, vishing, spear phishing, email phishing, etc.
