Paying attention to them doesn't mean nodding and making eye contact. You need to listen, think, and understand what they are trying to say. It's not important to show them, it's more important to truly understand them. If you don't understand, you should ask. And if you disagree with me, it's better to discuss the other points as well. That is truly listening to the other person. You listen to the other person not with your ears or eyes, but with your head and heart.

Whether it's coffee time in the morning or a formal meeting at the office, it doesn't matter where and whenever you can as long as you can share your thoughts with your colleagues. Communicate by any means necessary. During your internship, the only time you can learn, feel, and think is right now.
