When it comes to the needs of the communities I agree with the few listed here, but I would just add Local Procurement which help create and circulate wealth beyong simple subsistance within the local community. More and more this is referred to broadly as local content it includes local Procurement and Employment. For employment Mining Companies in West Africa do very well for many years now. The procurement front is slowly but steadily catching up as well.
