It's right to be cliche sometimes! it’s crucial to understand that coming up with new and unique ideas takes a lot of time because most of the things are already said in some or the other form. You have to sit with these cliches and common ideas to find a new one. There is always a way to say the same thing in a different manner that is not only intriguing but also makes sense but to reach this point it's important to accept that ideas can be common and they can be presented as uniquely.

This is very true, for a proper idea to be born at first we have to create a positive environment so that people are not afraid or discouraged to come up with different ideas.

A diverse perspective is key to encouraging your team to think creatively and outside the box, but how could you do so? One thing I’ve found helpful is to challenge your team with the following two questions: 1. What would you do, answer, propose, etc. if you were xxxx? (xxxx means another peer in the same team, someone they admire, the CEO of the company, or whoever.) - quick trick to step out of your shoes ????♀? 2. What do you think will not work out about this idea? - quick trick to hack your mind and start thinking upside down. ??

For example, during meetings, you might throw out a standard procedure and ask, "How can we achieve the same goal in a completely different way?" or "What if we had no limits on resources, what would we try then?" It's always difficult to take a leap into unknown areas. Risk-taking can be rewarding when the outcome benefits you, but educational when you fail. There's always something to learn with each step you take and taking strategic risks is how you grow.

Encourage your team members to attend workshops, webinars, and conferences, and to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. You could also set up regular in-house training sessions or creative days where team members explore new skills or work on passion projects unrelated to their daily tasks.
