When we say Mary is a runner, we are giving her an identity which is far more powerful than describing what she is doing. We should also strive to use positive words in all situations. Avoid using don't, won't, can't because they are accompanied by negative words. Instead, express the same idea using a vivid positive language. You'll be surprised how much difference that could make.
