Furthermore, it is easier to manage clients' additional requests and leaves a remarkable impression on clients where they feel heard. This will increase confidence and lead to better negotiations.

You don't want to keep your client in dark ignorance, nor do you want to hit the panic button. Always be prepared with plan B and recovery solutions. There could be many tempting reasons for not saying "NO". But you need to be confident on your skills to properly evaluate the proposition you are in. You should be well aware of your skill sets, the requirement and the timeline your client wants you to target. Be clear in your stance and say "NO" when you have to. This will save precious time, both for you and your client. You can use this saved time in creating something fruitful!
