It's very easy to get into way too much multi-tasking leading teams and operations in hospitality. The adage about multi tasking only touching several things mediocrely and nothing finished completely is very real. Make sure you continue to plot out and monitor your progress, dividing your tasks and deliverables into two buckets of most time sensitive/pressing vs. secondary priority, and constantly monitor progress. In hospitality as a leader you are constantly being tugged every which way and people often aren't cognizant of your work flow and when you need to be left to focus and finish your important tasks/deadlines/goals.
