In simple terms, implementing pull system make sure that there is no excess inventory and eliminates the holding costs of finished goods as well as raw materials. Energy in terms of electricity and labour can be saved to a high extinct. Pull system makes the manufacturers or suppliers to react on the actual customer demand and when there is need of the product in the market. Operations costs can be saved in large number by implementing a pull system. But it doesn't work in every field of business and depends on the nature of the business and the need of that product in the market.
