A good format for this can be to approach growth from a number of angles: - Industry specific knowledge - Work based skills mastery - Tools and technology skill - Soft skills/behaviors - Outcomes/task growth In can be good to take inventory of which of these areas you can demonstrate prior growth (as evidence) and then also link where you believe the next steps will focus on in terms of growth.
