I would reward them by implementing their methods, the methods that helped them earn praise. By using their knowledge and perspective to train others, ultimately knowledge on any level is power.

Team members should always be able to have a say, be it a face to face meeting, or anonymous letter. You never know when someone may have a great idea to help the business, but may be afraid to offer their opinion.
