Desde las herramientas para la gestión, seguimiento y ejecución de casos de prueba así como la herramienta de gestión de defectos. Las herramientas para la creación de evidencias así como para ejecutar los casos de prueba (aplicaciónes/software) dependerán del cliente y sus expectativas para el proyecto.
