No debe existir el egoísmo de solo “puedo explicar una vez, o no repito dos veces ”, porque no somos perfectos, pero si podemos ayudar explicando algo a quien no entienda y esa persona tendrá confianza y mejorará y por lo tanto tendrá mejores resultados. Trata como te gustaría que lo hagan porque por más jefe que seas tu personal rotará por ti.
