Being an entrepreneur, you need to be surrounded by a very strong team. Hiring the right people is key, people who resonate with your strategic vision and organizational culture. Lead by example, because people repeat what you do as a leader. Articulate and communicate the vision and long-term goals clearly. Cultivate "Ubuntu" culture so the team can feel like being part of the organization. Maintain open lines of communication and transparency. Promote inclusivity, where everyone feels valued and respected. Develop the team members in their area of specialization to acquire new skills and advance their careers. Recognize, celebrate and reward achievements. Once a year, bring their families for end-of-year celebrations.

Goals should be simple and easy to achieved,with utmost clarity in mind with positive attitude and intense and clear strategy planning.

D’après mon expérience, la fixation des objectifs est la clé de vo?te pour réussir dans tout projet. Diriger une équipe n’a jamais été chose facile. Gérer une équipe c’est avant tout gérer des hommes. Chacun avec ces qualités, ces défauts, ces tempéraments, ces besoins… du coup, il revient au chef d’équipe d’être très objectif dans ses décisions. Personnellement, je fixe mes objectifs après chaque fin de journée et chaque personne de mon équipe sait ce qu’elle doit faire et accomplir le lendemain pour qu’on puisse atteindre nos objectifs fixés au niveau de la stratégie globale de l’entreprise.

Good communication skills require being: - clear within yourself, beginning a conversation or meeting with a clear, confident intention - grounded within yourself so you can understand what the other person is saying - curious so when you don't understand you ask helpful questions - confident in your listening skills, which includes listening to your own ideas on how best to response - capable of resolving conflict without escalating emotions or the problem. Practicing active listening, both to yourself and others, is key to effective leadership. When you deeply listen and seek to understand different perspectives, you can make more informed decisions and guide yourself and your team with greater clarity and purpose.

The first step is to remember you have a team. Entrepreneurs often get their start by doing things themselves. They know what they want and how they want things done. It's so tempting to just do things yourself rather than taking the time to explain what you want done. Another radical idea is to just share your vision and trust your team to figure it out. We need to be able to communicate our vision and trust our team to implement it with their own talents. And lets not forget the old cliche. "There is no I in team."

Your attitude will inspire and influence your team. Demonstrating resilience helps maintain morale and productivity, ensuring the team remains motivated and committed to overcoming obstacles.

Don't be unpredictable in your behavior, but be loyal and open towards the team. If a team is afraid of the manager's reaction or is insecure, it will not dare to take responsibility.

You should yourself be an example by having utmost discipline in yourself which should be implemented andreflected in all expects. Dedicated and devoted to work for the organisation growth and progress. Challenges will be coming but with clarity and positivity one can transform the failures to success..

Leading by example is very crucial, so your team knows you are the action taker, and a leader who leads by action, not just by force and virtue of being a boss.

Leadership starts with self-leadership. Be a role model for taking personal responsibility, a clear position and attitude, open and appreciative communication and setting an example of self-respect.

From my experience, authenticity is very important to build trust. I have been a team lead at my work place and my team trusted me due to my genuineness. When you as a leader and entrepreneur, not only think of yourself but also of people who are working with you in your journey, it builds trust and they believe you've the best of them in your mind and that leads them to establish that trust.
