Here's how you can effectively influence and persuade your boss in a strategic communications role.

We are not always working with supportive Boss. But, however we need our Boss for our career in future. Good relationship with Boss in work and in personal context would be great. Boss is still human who also needs other people and we can be part of Boss' partner discussion. We harness this opportunity to share things or even persuade Boss to walk on our pipeline that we already prepare, ask Boss' ideas and thought. As long as it is aligning with Boss' cncern, it will run smoothly. Evidence, qualified data and other supporting and comprehensive information would be any of great help in persuading Boss for certain and specific goals.
