With the level of software that gets created in today’s world, it’s not much a matter of if bugs are present, but rather where they are, and what category is the bug in? Having a proper ownership chart makes sure that the right person to work on the issue is found and assigned as quickly as possible. Is the issue UI related? Assign the issue to the UI lead and allow them to direct it to the correct developer. A smooth workflow means that roadblocks are much less likely to occur, or that those roadblocks can be given the appropriate resources to get resolved efficiently.
